The 26th Annual Oklahoma Correctional Association (OCA) Training Conference is set for October 10-11, 2013 at the National Center for Employee Development in Norman, Oklahoma. This year’s theme “BUILDING ON A STRONG FOUNDATION FOR A BRIGHT FUTURE” was selected to pay tribute to the strong leadership that has led this organization and to hi-light the current leaders that are the future of our organization.
